1. Creative Call (30 minutes)
We begin with a cosy chat — no stiff questionnaires, just real conversation. We’ll uncover the heartbeat of your family: what matters most, where you feel most like yourselves, and what you want to remember about now.
2. The Photography Experience (2 hours)
This is not your average portrait session.
It’s relaxed, joy-led, and entirely tailored to you. Think barefoot wanders, genuine giggles, sandy toes or backyard slow-dancing — whatever feels natural and yours. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly, we let the magic happen.
3. Virtual Reveal + Artwork Selection (1.5 hours)
This is the part where you exhale.
We’ll sit down (virtually), cuppa or wine in hand, and revisit your story through a cinematic image reveal. You’ll choose your favourites and any additional heirloom artwork that calls to your heart. I’ll guide you through every step.
4. 12x8 Fine Art Framed Portrait
A museum-grade, handcrafted piece featuring your chosen hero image — ready to be part of your home and be loved for years to come.

For almost two decades, I’ve been quietly documenting love and life in all its beautiful, chaotic forms. My gift is helping people feel at ease—no awkward posing, no forced smiles. Just you, as you are, in all your everyday magic.
Based in Byron Bay and roaming wherever life leads, I work with people who want something honest, artful, and a little bit soulful. I’ll likely be barefoot, chasing good light and a sense of adventure, and yes—completely absorbed in your family’s quirks and quiet moments.
This work is more than a job; it’s how I make sense of the world. I believe in photographs that feel like poems and albums that feel like home. And if I laugh-sqeal mid-session or tear up during your slideshow? Consider it all part of the process.

Absolutely. Let’s make it a family affair. Families come in all shapes and sizes and I’m here for it all. If we need more time for extended family session we may need to add on an extra hour for the shoot. I suggest this when there are multiple families. Starting from $275.

Anywhere you want! This is about you and your life. I’ll take inspiration from how you spend your days and can make some suggestions but ultimately it’s where your family feels most comfortable. Surprise me!

Yes — but gently. We talk about this on our creative call. Just be you. I’ll guide you while staying true to you. Adults, wear something you feel so awesome in that you wanna high-five yourself! Go for what’s iconic and/or bold. Most of all have fun with it. And for the kids, just ask them. Consider what your drawn towards naturally with colours and if you get really stuck have a couple of options ready.

The Reveal session will be scheduled within 5 days of your shoot.
Tangible artwork usally within 3–4 weeks and delivered right to your door. We can even organise professional installation of your artwork too!
